After a major dip on Monday, which saw the general price index drop by over 10%, the Athens Stock Exchange bounced back on Tuesday.
The general price index grew by 9.38%, with the general price index standing at 621.70 points, while transactions were valued at 36.61 million euros and the yield of the ten-year bond closed at 9.75%.
The banking sector also made a recovery, with the stock of Alpha Bank up by 29.17%, National Bank of Greece up by 25.42%, Piraeus Bank up by 29.17% and Eurobank up by 26.47%.
