Without a doubt closing the second review of the programme was a step of progress in the effort of taking the country out of the crisis.
However it is commonly accepted that more steps are needed.
No one can guarantee that the next day will no be cloudy.
The well-promoted Greece’s return to bond markets has already faced the obstacle of doubts and uncertainty for the programme’s ending.
Progress will be achieved only if Greek government does its utmost to follow and serve the organized plan of exiting crisis.
This is prime minister’s responsibility.
