The tender for the acquisition of the media and the other assets of Lambrakis Press Group (DOL) is completed.
Five offers were submitted for the media and two for the real estate property.
Vangelis Marinakis’ Alter Ego S.A was the one with the largest offer of 22.892.226 million euros
For the real estate properties ALPHA ASTIKA AKINITA S.A from Alpha Bank Group won with a 3.780.000 million euros bid.
Other offers have also been submitted by Vegata Holdings with 21.000.000 million euros and Ivan Savidis’ Dimera with 11.900.000.
There have also been two symbolic offers.
