We were informed that the corruption prosecutor ordered a preliminary examination after the reports of a significant publishing organization, which publishes an “imitation –newspaper”, that they set questions about why DOL is still open (!!!).
But, as legal and judicial circles, it is the corruption prosecutors’ order that sets more questions because on the one hand it investigates if the banks’ interests are being damaged while on the other hand it is undermining the procedure that the banks have asked and managed to win with the 963/2017 decision of Monomeles Protodikeio Athinon, in order to ensure their rights as DOL’s creditors.
