EL.STAT: Primary budget surplus for 2016 is reaching 3.9% of GDP

For a forth time in a row the state budget closed with a surplus exceeding the bailout target.

According to ELSTAT the state budget achieved a 3,9% primary surplus, more than eight times higher than its bailout target, which was 0,5% of GDP.
