The sunny weather across the country is expected to give way to a significant temperature drop, snowfall and strong winds across the country, as of Wednesday.

Meteorologists predict that eastern parts of mainland Greece, including Attica and Evia, the eastern Peloponnese and Crete will be affected the most, on Thursday and Friday. The weather will be milder in other regions.

The weather will be overcast on Wednesday, with the chance of sporadic rainfall in the eastern and southern sections of the country, and sporadic, isolated storms in the southeastern Aegean.
