The Ministry of Labor has issued a statement dismissing media reports on objections raised by the country’s creditors over the government proposal to “freeze” insurance contributions.
According to the official statement the government proposal will ensure universal and more efficient protection, while restructuring private debts towards the insurance funds. The negotiations with the institutions quartet, the Labor Minister concludes, will carry on next week via teleconference.
