The Minister of National Defense Panos Kammenos argued that the coalition government introduced measures that do not comply with the spirit of the Constitution.
According to the Independent Greeks leader, the abolition of the discounted VAT rates on the islands conflicts with article 101 of the Constitution, which stipulates that special care must be provided to islands and mountainous regions due to their special circumstances.
In his Friday morning interview for SKAI, Mr. Kammenos estimated that there will soon be an ‘explosion’ of investments and growth in Greece.
