European Commissioner Pierre Moscovivi has appeared “totally confident” that the Eurogroup will be in the passion to decide next week on unblocking funds to Greece, according to a Reuters report.
Meanwhile, Germany’s Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Finance Jens Spahn is said to have recommended that the ESM disburses the next tranche of the loan to Greece – about 7.5 billion euros.
The German parliament is scheduled to debate the disbursement of the tranche later on Wednesday.
