Despite initial announcements, it appears that taxpayers will not be able to settle debts generated by the ENFIA real estate tax by applying for the “100 installment” regulation.
Sources from the Ministry of Finances clarified that only the first installment of the controversial ENFIA tax, which was due in September, may be inducted in the regulation.
Any debts from future ENFIA installments however may be settled through a fixed regulation of 12 to 24 installments.
