Former Cypriot Minister of the Interior Dinos Mihailidis and his son Michalis Mihailidis will face the Greek justice system, as the District Court of Limassol in Cyprus has ruled in favor of their extradition to Greece.

The two men have been summoned by the Greek courts in connection to the ongoing investigation and trial of former Minister of National Defense Akis Tsohatzopoulos. The father and son are accused of laundering the proceeds from crimes committed after 1997 and 2001.
