FIFA U-20 World Cup: Mali – Greece (0 – 0)

Mali and Greece played out a 0-0 draw at yesterday’s second day march for the FIFA Under 20s World Cup that is taking place in Turkey.

The game at the Kamil Ocak Stadium in Gaziantep was rather balanced, with Greece wasting the game’s finest goal opportunity in the 58^th minute of the game. Diamantakos made a neat pass to Bouchalakis, who missed the shot and hit the bar. Kostas Tsanas’ team secured the draw and has nearly qualified for the next stage of the competition.

In the other game of the group Paraguay beat Mexico 1 – 0 and is tied in first place with Greece. Greece and Paraguay will play against each other at Trabzon on Friday, with the next stage to begin next week
