TAIPED’s board of directors approves the auction of a seaside plot of land at Agios Ioannis Sithonia in Halkidiki. The area is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Greece and prospective investors can develop it for residential, tourist or recreation uses. The competition will commence next week.
According to TAIPED, “the location is 50 minutes (90 kilometers) by car from the international airport of Thessaloniki (the 4th busiest airport in Greece) or 15 minutes by helicopter”. Based on law 3986/2011, TAIPED states that the area has a high building rate of 0.20, allowing for the construction of residences, hotels, spa and retail stores.
