The Communist Party has issued a statement warning that the “Greek people should not expect anything from the visit of Hollande and French businessmen”.
In their statement, KKE note that “no French, no German, American, Russian or other investments in Greece will save the workers from the problems accumulated by anti-people politics. The investments aim to profits for business groups, domestic and foreign, taking advantage of low wages, privatizations, tax exemptions provided by government politics”.
The Communist party’s announcement concludes that “Hollande represents the interests that take away the rights of French workers, shed blood in Mali and plan to crush all worker and people rights with other representatives from European capital”.
