The expanded nationwide farmer coordination committee, which controls 22 roadblocks across Greece, has decided that roadblocks near cities are to interrupt traffic between noon and 1pm, with the rest to do so between 2pm and 3pm. Due to extreme weather conditions though, in certain areas the plans might change.
Regarding the Initiative, after yesterday’s talks with the political leadership of the Ministry of Agricultural Development, they are to convene today to evaluate the situation and discuss upon future action. Likewise, a meeting has been arranged at noon to discuss interrupting traffic at the “red” roadblock near Nikea in Thessaly.
