The German Ministry of Finances has confirmed a meeting between Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis and Wolfgang Schäuble, next week. The meeting, according o the German Ministry, was arranged at the request of the Greek side.
The spokesperson for the German Ministry, Martin Jäger, commented that a specific date has not yet arranged, but further details should be available on Monday.
The German Finance Minister will not be in Berlin on Monday, but efforts are being made so that the meeting can take place on Tuesday, Mr. Jäger added.
