The Refugee Crisis Management Coordination Body has announced that there are 56,975 refugees in Greece, based on its latest count.
In greater detail, there are 23,786 being accommodated in the north of Greece, 2,122 in Central Greece and 240 in the south of Greece.
According to the official count there are 9,960 currently accommodated in organized centers and 4,915 in informal centers. The UNHCR is accommodating 5,896 refugees, while an estimated 1,500 are currently sleeping rough.
