The courts are likely to issue the warrants for the arrest of two more people involved in the double robbery in Velvento of Kozani and possibly the one in Filota near Florina. Police sources indicate that they are after a woman and a 20-year-old anarchist.
Meanwhile, the bomb assembly notes found in the Galatsi apartment are similar to those used by another group (“Laiki Thelisi – Popular Will”) in a 2004 attack against courts in Larissa. The last attack of this group was in 2010 against the empty political office of former PASOK minister Michalis Chrysochoidis. It should be noted that the SPF group has never used remote controlled bombs.
The police also recovered a code-book of phrases that were used by the suspected anarchist terrorists, in order to avoid detection. Phrases such as “the cat scratched me good” or “I dropped the clothes from the balcony” were used to activate other members and confirm meetings in designated spots. Local residents commented that the apartment’s occupants had a cat, which they took with them when they disappeared.
