According to exclusive information made available to To Vima, the Prime Minister Antonis Samaras and Dora Bakoyanni had a secret meeting shortly before noon on Friday.
The secret meeting took place at Mr. Samaras’ family home, which is near the Prime Minister’s office. The two are thought to have discussed the recent developments, without however coming to any decisions.
The last time the two politicians met was before the May 2012 elections, when Mrs. Bakoyanni was running with her Democratic Alliance party, which failed to enter Parliament. Since then the two have had a rather formal relation.
Today’s secret meeting, a few days before a cabinet reshuffle, is likely to affect future developments and balances within New Democracy.
