The condition of European Council Vice President and New Democracy EMP Giorgos Papastamkos’ health is still in a critical, but stable condition, according to a report of his French physicians.
Mr. Papastamkos underwent a surgical operation and will remain sedated for the enxt couple days. Should everything go as planned over these two day, his doctors hope to have a clearer understanding of the VP’s condition.
The 58-year-old politician collapsed during a European Council session and was hospitalized in Strasbourg.
